We've been fielding recent enquiries and thought it might help to advise where we can currently support people. The following services offer availability:
NDIS SUPPORT COORDINATION (Level 2) - all disability conditions - current vacancies in Canberra only. Available to support people 9 years and older.
NDIS SPECIALIST COORDINATION (Level 3) - this service is focused toward people with neurological needs such as ABI, Parkinsons, MS and spinal injury OR other physical/cognitive disability.
NDIS PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING (limited vacancy) - this service can currently offer support for a small number of people in the Canberra or Queanbeyan areas. A requirement of this service is that people are prepared to meet regularly (weekly) and actively participate in wellness activities. This service is NOT best for people new to the NDIS with limited capacity to get started (or low infromal support) - we recommend a period of support coordination instead as the NDIS ecosystem is complex and coaching otherwise requires you utilise your OWN capacity to get things done.
AGED CARE COMMUNITY NURSING (registered nurse) - limited vacancy available for aged care brokering service. No availability for NDIS presently.
REHAB SERVICES - private case management and rehab consulting

To receive a service from SchemeWise
- an NDIS plan must be plan-managed or self-managed OR
- aged-care brokering is possible (e.g. within home support or care package) OR
- an insurer or RTW entity confirms availability of funds OR
- you intend to pay personally/privately.
