Up-skilling is a very important new concept within the NDIS ecosystem as staff skills and experience are now tied to higher hourly rate offers.
If you or your teams want to increase claims for hourly rates then training is one of the most important ways of demonstrating to clients that you stand out from the crowd AND offer them something unique (or better) than other supports can. This reflects the fundamental NDIS view of how markets ought function.
All SchemeWise training comes with a certificate of completion too!
